For business accounts

Company travel, billed monthly

Approved business accounts book rides without paying at checkout. Every trip for the period lands on one consolidated invoice, with each ride as its own line, so travel is reconciled once a month instead of chasing receipts.

Why companies use it

What changes when the account is a business account

No card at booking

The payment step is skipped entirely. A booked ride goes straight to drivers, which means no shared company card and no employee paying out of pocket.

One invoice per period

Rides are collected and invoiced together as a PDF, rather than arriving as dozens of individual receipts to be matched up later.

A line per trip

Each invoice line ties back to a real trip with its route and fare, so cost centres and client rebilling have something to point at.

Approval before billing

A company is reviewed and approved before invoiced billing is switched on. Until then, the account simply cannot run up an unbilled balance.

A portal, not just an app

Business accounts get a web portal for booking, trip history and invoices, separate from the consumer rider app.

Same fixed fares

Business rides use the same server-calculated fixed fare as any other booking, so a trip costs what it says it costs.

Good fits

Who this is for

Any organisation that regularly moves people it does not want to hand a card to.

  • Offices booking taxis for staff, visitors and airport runs.
  • Hotels and restaurants arranging rides for guests at the desk.
  • Care and community organisations moving clients on a schedule, where the person travelling should not be handling payment at all.
  • Event and production teams with a burst of travel over a few days that needs to be reconciled as one cost.

How to apply

Email contact@oye.cab with:

  • Company name and registration number
  • Billing address and invoice contact
  • The service region you book in
  • Rough monthly ride volume

We review the application, approve the account, and confirm when invoiced booking is live.

Business FAQ

Questions from finance teams

Business and operators

How does a business account work?

Once your company is approved, staff book rides without paying at checkout. Rides open for drivers immediately and are collected on one monthly invoice, delivered as a PDF with each trip as its own line for reconciliation.

Can a taxi company use Oye.cab with its own drivers?

Yes. Taxi operators get a console for their own fleet: invite drivers, assign work to a specific driver, and manage company documents and vehicles. Everything the operator sees stays inside the service regions they are approved for.

How do I apply for a business or operator account?

Email contact@oye.cab with your company name, registration number, the service region you operate in and roughly how many rides or drivers are involved. Business and operator accounts both go through an approval step before they are switched on.

Put your company travel on one invoice

Tell us who you are and where you book, and we will set the account up. Running a fleet rather than booking one? The operator console is the other door.
