For taxi operators

Run your taxi fleet from one console

If you already have cars and drivers, Oye.cab gives you the software around them: invite your drivers, dispatch work to a named driver, keep licences and insurance current, and stay inside the service regions you are approved for.

The console

What an operator gets

Everything is scoped to your company. You see your rides, your drivers and your vehicles — not the platform's.

Your own driver pool

Send invitations to drivers, track which are pending and which have joined, and remove drivers who leave the company.

Direct dispatch

Assign incoming work to a specific driver instead of releasing it to the open marketplace, so the job goes to the car you intended.

A portal for your drivers

Drivers attached to your company get their own portal for assigned jobs, documents and availability.

Company documents

Store operator-level licences, permits and insurance with expiry tracking, so a lapse is caught before it becomes a compliance problem.

Region-scoped operations

Your console only ever shows the service regions your company is approved for. Pricing, payment methods and features follow that region.

One record per trip

The ride your dispatcher assigned, the trip your driver drove and the receipt the rider got are the same record, not three reconciliations.

Getting set up

How does a taxi company join Oye.cab?

Email us with your company details and the region you operate in. We create the operator account, verify your company documents, and then you invite your own drivers into the console. Once they finish their own verification, you can dispatch to them.

  1. Tell us about the company

Company name, registration number, service region, fleet size and roughly how many rides a week you expect to run through the platform.

  2. Verification

We check your company paperwork and switch on the regions your operator account is approved for.

  3. Invite your drivers

Send invitations from the console. Drivers complete their own onboarding and document checks before they can accept work.

  4. Dispatch

Assign rides to your drivers, or let them take open marketplace work when your board is quiet.

Operator, driver or business account?

The three partner accounts do different jobs. Most taxi companies want the operator console; a company that only books rides for staff wants a business account.
