For business

Set up a business account

Get your company approved so staff can book rides without a card at checkout, and everything lands on one monthly invoice with a line per trip.

A business account changes one thing at booking time — nobody pays at checkout — and one thing at month end: you get a single invoice instead of a pile of receipts.

1. Send us the details

Email contact@oye.cab with:

  • Your company name
  • Your registration number
  • The service region you operate in
  • Roughly how many rides or drivers are involved

2. Approval

Business accounts go through an approval step before they are switched on. So do operator accounts, if you are a taxi company looking to dispatch your own fleet — that is a different product.

3. Staff start booking

Once approved, staff book rides without paying at checkout. There is no company card to hand around and no expense claim per trip.

The ride opens for drivers immediately. From the driver’s side nothing is different — it is a normal ride.

4. Reconcile once a month

Rides are collected on one monthly invoice, delivered as a PDF with each trip as its own line. That is what makes reconciliation practical: you match lines, not receipts.

Business rides do not generate individual rider receipts, because the invoice line is the record.

What stays the same

Everything about the trip itself:

  • The fare is still fixed before the ride and calculated server-side.
  • Trip PINs, live tracking, in-app chat and shareable trip links all work as normal.
  • Service region rules still apply — a business account does not unlock coverage that is not live.

Questions worth asking us

If your case involves multiple cost centres, several regions, or a mix of staff and client travel, say so in the first email. It is easier to set up correctly than to change later.
