Sign up as a driver
Create a driver account, add your vehicle, clear the document checks your region requires, and accept your first ride from the open marketplace.
Driver onboarding is mostly a document exercise. The sooner the paperwork is verified, the sooner rides become visible to you.
1. Create a driver account
Create the account in the app and start the onboarding steps. Onboarding tracks what is still outstanding, so you can always see what is left.
2. Add your vehicle
Register the vehicle you will drive, with its papers.
3. Upload the documents your region requires
The exact list depends on your service region — each one sets its own requirements. In practice it covers driving and taxi licences, insurance and vehicle papers.
Two things to know:
- Onboarding shows you the outstanding items, so there is no guesswork about what is missing.
- Ride acceptance is blocked until they are verified. This is not a soft warning; you cannot take work until the checks clear.
4. Wait for verification
Once your profile is complete and approved, rides in your region become visible to accept.
5. Publish your agenda
You are not assigned shifts. Publish an agenda of when you are available, and accept work from an open marketplace.
If you are part of an operator’s fleet, you may also receive work assigned directly by your operator — that is in addition to the marketplace, not instead of it.
6. Accept your first ride
Requests from riders in your region become visible when you are available. The first driver to accept gets the ride.
At pickup, the rider has a trip PIN. Enter or confirm the matching code — the trip cannot start until it matches. Use in-app chat to coordinate; no phone numbers change hands.
7. Check your payouts
Every completed trip is recorded with the fare, the platform commission and the amount paid out. The running total shows as payout history in the driver app, so you can check earnings per trip rather than reconciling a monthly summary.
Optional: hire out your car by the day
You can publish a day-hire listing for your vehicle and your time. A rider requests it, you approve or decline, and the reservation confirms once they pay.
